At Green Monstera, every plant is dispatched with the same care it was grown with. Here’s what to expect when you order.

Dispatch Days

All orders containing live plants are dispatched Monday to Thursday only. This ensures your plants are never sitting in a depot over the weekend. Orders placed after Thursday midday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Service

We ship using Royal Mail 24h Tracked. Most orders arrive the next working day after dispatch, though Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays outside our control. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to mainland UK only. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses at this time.

Plant Passports

Every live plant is shipped with its own plant passport, as required by UK law. This confirms your plant is healthy, pest-free, and legally compliant for its new home.

Packaging

Plants are carefully packaged to survive transit. Our packaging has been tested across many orders and we’re proud that customers consistently report their plants arriving healthy and well protected.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at hello@greenmonstera.com and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
